7. Pricing, Payments, and Access

Payment plans may be offered at our discretion
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access
All purchases are final, subject only to the refund policy below.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and educational nature of our programs:
No refunds will be issued after five (5) days from the date of purchase

By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to chargebacks outside this policy.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

is the exclusive intellectual property of RE Legacies LLC.

10. Community Conduct & Termination
Membership is intended to be long-term but is conditional upon respectful conduct.
RE Legacies LLC reserves the absolute right to terminate or suspend any participant, without refund, for conduct including but not limited to:
Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
Illegal or unethical activities
Sharing proprietary materials
Any action deemed harmful to the community or reputation of RE Legacies
You waive any right to challenge such termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE Legacies LLC shall not be liable for:
Financial losses or investment decisions
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Errors or omissions in content
Third-party platform failures
All services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
12. Indemnification

RE Legacies LLC is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of such platforms.
15. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
